Roles and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of all current and emerging IoT technology stack and good understanding on full ecoo system including hardware,software and connectivity.
- Designing and building end to end IoT application for Industrial/smar City Use cases
- Translate business requirements into well-architected, compliant and documented solutions that best leverage the reality capture technology into successful alternative technology approaches working with the business to integrate into their procedures and best practices so that they are accessible and operational and with IT to ensure compliance and sustainability.
- Design and architect high performing and scalable IoT applications like Connected Worker and assets, predictive maintenance IoT solutions, Indoor/Outdoor Tracking solutions, garbage monitoring, flood detection system.
- Actively participate in opportunity & account strategy sessions to ensure their technical domain expertise is helping to solve real customer challenges.
- Lead and support opportunities to integrate IoT solutions in Smart mobility, Smart city and Smart industrial domain as well as to integrate AI based video analytical surviellance solutions working in Usecases such as PPE, Human Behaviour, Fire & smoke Flare monitoring, thermal imaging, footfall solutions, facial recognition, objects detection for different applications.
- Lead technical presentations and demonstrations to support internal technology awareness, project team implementations, capture strategies and externally to promote AIGC innovative use of technology within the industry.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and recognize drive opportunities for new and emerging technologies
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Systems Engineering
Experience
- Atleast 5+ Years of experience in IoT(Complete ecosystem) is preferred.
- Hands on and project experience in industrial applications using IoT and AI based video surviellance technology stack and its ecosystem.
- Experience in industry leading IoT platforms like PTC Thinksworx, Thinksboard and Google IoT and opensource stacks such as node-red & Apache Air-flow.
- Experience in building IoT application using latest and open source technology stack
- Prior experience with designing and architecting IoT platform components that are scalable, high performing, and lower in operations cost
- Experience with working in Edge/Fog computing, Edge GPU gateways for computer vision and Telematics gateways.
- Hands-on experience in developing and intgerration of connected worker solutions such as smart helmet, worker mobility devices, etc.
- Experience of building real time monitoring systems using IoT stack for industrial use cases
- Experience with IoT and industrial sensors, their principals and protocols such as Image sensors, Level/Flow meters, ultrasonic & Radar sensors, GPS modules etc.
- Experience with Communication systems such as cellular (5G/4G), LPWAN (NB-IoT, BLE, LoRaWAN, UWB, RF technologies, Serial (RS232/RS485) communication.
- Good understanding on IoT protocols such as MQTT, Modbus, Bacnet, OPC-UA, Rest API integrations, JSON, CoAP, HTTP etc.
- Hands-on experience in development with understanding Devices protocols and able to integrate them with the IoT platform.
- Hands-on experience on handling industrial development boards such as RaspberryPI, Nvidia Jetson, Coral for IoT and Computer vision application processing.
- Handon experience on
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure(Cloud/On-Premises deployements) and Platforms as PaaS, SaaS, IaaS.
- Experience of integrating IoT data from varied sensors and building key KPI's using out of box platforms or custom built platforms.
- Exposure and understanding of building Analytical applications above IoT platform.
- Good understanding of different IoT verticals such as Smart City, Industrial 4.0, Smart Mobility, Smart Factories etc.
- Experience of integrating IoT data with Computer vision applications and big data streams for creating AI/ML models.
- Possess an expert level knowledge of deployenet of IoT platform, selecting right hardware resources, develop applications on it and create end to end solutions.
