Position: Internship Opportunity within the Supply Chain Department

Location: Kuwait - Head Office

Type: Full-time

During this Internship Opportunity, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the supply chain process. You will work closely with our Supply Chain team to support daily operations, improve processes, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to inventory levels, supply chain costs, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

Inventory Management:

  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Help with inventory audits and reconciliation.

Supplier Coordination:

  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining supplier databases.

Logistics Support:

  • Aid in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities.
  • Assist with the planning and scheduling of shipments.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all supply chain activities.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with other departments (e.g., procurement, production, finance) to support supply chain initiatives.
  • Assist in cross-departmental projects and meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Prior internship or project experience in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
