Job Description
Tasks:
Support daily operations of the department by managing associate personal information update and confirmation for associate who finished their probation period.
Responsible for employee number creation and profile completion (automatically and manually)
Manage time data related requests, including the management of clock-in and clock-out for associates experiencing badge scanner issue.
Projects:
Work instructions clean up
Ad hoc clean-up projects
Qualifications
Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resource, Business Management or Business Administration.
Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Skills
