Position Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role based in West Bekaa, Khirbet Qanafar. As an Inventory Control & Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, analyzing inventory data, and developing strategies to improve inventory management processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure efficient inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and plan accordingly.
Generate and distribute regular inventory reports to management.
Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management software and tools.
Address and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in inventory management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
Certification in supply chain management or inventory management (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is a plus.
