Inventory Controller

To maintain adequate levels of stock to meet daily distribution demands while minimizing excess supply.

- Reviewing all warehouse movement and informing finance management for any problems observed on time to solve properly (Inventory Mov, Stock cover)

- Monitor TPL third party logistic services and assuring issuance of invoices on monthly bases and the invoice amount calculated correctly based on the approved agreement

- Weekly Random Count based on ABC analysis, and providing the report of result on daily bases. All the company inventory must be counted twice a year as a minimum .

- Counting the selected dc VAN properly and on time, providing the result of counting on daily bases .

- Monitoring the discrepancy between actual GRN and suppliers bills, and assuring the posting of GRN on ERP within 24 hours, and issuing the related report to it Daily Inventory Journal Report

Job Requirements

• Education: Accountant Bachelor's degree
• Language: Good Command of Arabic Language - Average English Proficiency.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft office, mostly Excel - familiarity with WMS is a plus.
• Interpersonal Competencies: Communication skills - Time Management.
