We are hiring sales professionals with proven success in selling off plan propertiesin Dubai. This role will be part of a successful team located in our brand new 15,000 sqft. office on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to leads and convert to sales by understanding the client needs and presenting the best ROI and benefits of the desired projects.
- Focus on building long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and expert guidance.
- Stay well-informed about off-plan projects, understanding the unique selling points, pricing structures, and potential return on investment to effectively advise clients.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, industry developments and industry regulations to ensure high service levels to clients.
- Negotiate terms and prices to secure favorable deals for all parties and collaborate with developers, lawyers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Provide customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Prepare necessary documentation and paperwork for property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

- Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a large team.
- Proven success in selling off plan in the Dubai market.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- RERA certified and valid driver's license.
