Investment Banking Associate

Title: Associate M&A Advisory Europe & MENA Coverage

Job Description:

1. Assisting senior members of the team throughout the transactions execution process and participating in client meetings as needed
2. Assisting senior members in the review and assessment of term sheets
3. Preparing transactions selling documentation (teasers, management presentations, information memorandums, etc.)
4. Conducting company valuations and in-depth financial assessments (DCF, Relative Valuation, LBO, etc.)
5. Overseeing the preparation of detailed financial models and forecasts
6. Coordinating the due diligence process
7. Participating in the development and training of analysts

Qualifications:

BSc or MSc Degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering

Minimum of 3 to 4 years experience in finance (investment banking, management consulting, transaction services)

Fluency in English & Arabic (French is a plus)
