Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for leading and supporting all digitization and automation initiatives within the Investment Unit and ensuring the implementation. The role holder is also responsible for leading project management efforts for digitization initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility
- Lead and support all digitization and automation initiatives within the Investment Unit and ensuring the implementation.
- Develop and enhance the requirements of Investment Unit for applications to align with evolving procedures and policies, fostering improved operational efficiency.
- Drive and facilitate business units to fully utilize digitization initiatives, benchmarking against industry standards for optimal results.
- Collaborate with the CAD team to seamlessly integrate BI systems with Investment Unit systems, developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards.
- Oversee the customization of Investment Unit platforms and tools to meet the requirements of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor Investment Unit systems / modules utilization & execution within stc and report performance on the services provided by these services.
- Ensure continuous improvement of Investment Unit platforms by working on areas requiring efficiency improvement.
- Promote agility & best practices to introduce digitization and related enhancements.
- Adopt the cutting-edge technologies & to envision the Investment Unit processes at optimal level
- Provide robust user systems support to ensure internal customer satisfaction with the services provided for daily Investment Unit operations.
- Ensure continuous improvement of Investment Unit platforms by identifying and addressing areas requiring efficiency enhancements.
- Lead project management efforts for digitization initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address any issues that may arise.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
- Manage project documentation, including project charters, plans, reports, and change requests, maintaining comprehensive records for reference and compliance.
