We are a leading Investment company dedicated to helping our clients achieve their financial goals. We are seeking a talented and motivated Investment Sales professional to join our team.
This role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, providing investment advice, and executing investment transactions. The primary goal is to drive business growth by identifying high-net worth clients, explaining investment opportunities and effectively meeting client needs.
The salary range is between AED 5000 - AED 7000 per month + Incentives
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and business targets, including client acquisition by promoting the firm's investment products to high-net-worth clients.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
- Provide personalized investment advice and recommendations based on client needs and objectives.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Handle grievances to establish a good customer relationship and preserve the company's reputation.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
- Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and investment products/services.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-year sales experience in insurance or investment sales or banking is mandatory
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales Target
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- The ability to communicate well in Arabic is an added advantage
