Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Investor Relations Professional to lead fundraising and business development efforts. Based in the Dubai (DIFC) office, this individual will play a critical role in cultivating relationships with UHNWIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising & Business Development:
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies for the firm
- Build and maintain relationships with UHNWIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors
- Proactively identify and engage with prospective investors through targeted outreach
Investor Relations Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors
- Present product strategies, performance updates, and market insights to stakeholders
- Ensure consistent communication and reporting tailored to client needs
Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities in growth equity and liquid alternatives
- Provide feedback to internal teams to refine and enhance NOIA's product offerings
Cross-Regional Coordination:
- Collaborate with teams in across Europe to align investor outreach strategies
- Represent the firm at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Qualifications:
Languages:
- Fluency in French and Arabic is mandatory in addition to English
Experience:
- 5+ years in Investor Relations, Fundraising, or Business Development within asset management, private equity, or financial services
- Demonstrable success in raising capital from UHNWIs, Family Offices, or Institutional Investors
Skills:
- Deep understanding of growth equity and liquid alternatives investment strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently drive initiatives while collaborating with global teams
Location & Mobility:
- Based in Dubai (DIFC) or willing to relocate
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
