Having established a robust foundation for their product, they are now seeking an individual to spearhead the development of innovative features, fortify their technology for scalability, and contribute to shaping an engineering organization that attracts top talent from across the region. As an integral member of a fast-paced team, you will play a key role, the ideal candidate is a creative thinker excited to solve hard problems and to build something from the ground up.
What will you be doing
- Collaborate with elite product, design, operations, and engineering teams to identify features and solutions that drive value for the business and enhance user experience.
- own and ship end-to-end development of reliable, scalable, and maintainable software to safeguard user funds and ensure longevity. You will guide features from conception through implementation, refinement, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
- Design and construct superior web experiences that captivate both their customers and engineers, fostering a foundation for further innovation.
- Improve mobile developer experience to reduce time-to-market for new features
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to fellow engineers within the team.
- Contribute to shaping our engineering culture by advocating for best practices and fostering knowledge sharing.
