Responsibilities:
- Application monitoring, pro actively monitor the applications deployed for customers
Achieve SLA, raise alerts as per defined priority on the system and resolve customer requests and complaints within the defined time lines- Liaise with development, customer and vendor team to deliver solutions
Implement and Perform UAT on new developments and solutions
- Deploy and troubleshoot microservices and their behaviour timely resolutions.
Generate and present daily, weekly and monthly reports
Skill Required:- Excellent understanding of Linux/Unix environments
Understanding of kubernetes, chef, docker. should be independently able to install cluster on VMs and run containers
- Basic understating of databases and their deployments such as mysql, mongo,redis,AMQ
Basic understanding of software and hardware load balancer- Should be able to perform routine maintenance tasks on the applications and OS
