Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Geographic Data Quality Manager to oversee the implementation and management of the ISO 19157 Geographic Data Quality standard within our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing quality plans, integrating documentation according to predefined workflows, and ensuring that all quality tests are conducted and documented according to ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the quality assurance plan aligning with ISO 19157 standards.
• Identify and classify quality tests such as Completeness, Consistency, and other relevant metrics as per the ISO 19157 standard (test will be implemented by another GIS expert)
• Coordinate the integration and compilation of project documentation, ensuring adherence to established workflows.
• Oversee the testing process, request test results, and ensure that findings are accurately reported in quality documents.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure clear communication and documentation standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in GIS and a strong understanding of Geographic Data Quality standards, specifically ISO 19157.
• Ability to develop and manage comprehensive quality plans and documentation.
• Experience in coordinating and integrating project documentation.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work remotely and manage projects independently.

Duration: The initial project duration is one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.
