Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations
- Understand clients business objectives and challenges, and align our products and services to meet their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized IT solutions that address clients requirements
- Present and demonstrate our products and solutions to clients, highlighting their value and benefits
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing new deals
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, quotes, and sales presentations
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2 or more years of experience in IT account management or sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, with the ability to articulate their value to clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
