Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team at SIAMP Egypt. As an IT Systems Administrator, will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our ERP system, as well as handling various IT-related tasks. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation:
Lead the implementation of our ERP system, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements, configure the system, and ensure successful deployment.
Customize and optimize the ERP system to meet the organization s specific needs.
Train end-users on system functionality and provide ongoing support.
General IT Support:
Respond to IT-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues reported by employees.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
Monitor system performance and address any performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement.
Security and Compliance:
Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard company data.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in ERP system implementation and administration.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, and software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar are a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Familiarity with cloud computing (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of network protocols, security, and data backup.
