We are looking for IT Application Support Section Head for one of our clients in FMCG field and Located in 6th October city.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an IT Application Support Section Head based in Giza. The Section Head will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT support operations, managing IT applications, ensuring smooth IT operations, and developing IT strategies to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven work experience in IT Application Support field from 6 to 9 years
• 2 Years of support experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (P2P and O2C Modules)
• 2 Years of experience in Microsoft tools, power BI
• Oracle and Microsoft certification is added advantage
• Excellent in Microsoft Power BI Reporting and Oracle Databases
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical and leadership skills
• Relevant certifications in IT or related field
• Very good up to excellent English Level
• 6th of October of nearby residence
