Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in person.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
Set up and configure network equipment, including routers, switches, and access points.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of servers, including file servers, email servers, and domain controllers.
Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and backups.
