ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process & Procedures: Abide Business Analysis Centre process and procedures & Assist in defining, reviewing and amending the related bank proceduresCoordination: Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and vendors to translate business information needs and functional requirements to technical vision Daily Operations Management: Performs Business Analysis daily operations, Ensure meeting the required deadlines.Monitor the bank systems and subsystems overall functionality to insure systems stabilities, identify and solve any systems issues/defects and recommend and implement needed systems enhancements.New Technologies: Participate in the implementation of innovative technology and organization systems.Parameterisation: Parameterize systems and subsystems.Requirement: Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, business analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios and task/workflow analysis and produce a completed business requirements & Gap analysis.Documentation: Create and document for any new implemented solution users guidelines and/or quick references.Support: Work as the helpdesk second line of support by investigating and solve issues redirected by the Helpdesk team.Testing: Perform unit testing and manage/support End Users Testing (UAT)Provide guidance, support, and help to the Operations Business Analyst to perform efficiently and in line with the Banks procedures.
EducationBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
