As an IT Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the DTPS function in all aspects related to Contract Management (drafting, review, approvals, administration, analytics and contract negotiation support). We are looking for a highly self-motivated, results driven professional that can effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver maximum value through effective contract management
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborates with Procurement, Legal, DTPS platform & product teams, and suppliers in the evaluation and negotiation of contracts or service agreements. Ensures supplier's contractual compliance with CCH standards (cyber, legal, data privacy, pmo)
Establishes consistent standards for contract templates and contract management processes by producing, and managing the contract in a manner that complies with regulatory guidance and optimizes strategic results
Works with the corporate legal, compliance and finance departments to assure accuracy of contract text and attachments against business requirements
Ensures that contracts are processed (including necessary internal approvals) and digitally stored in Ariba CMS for future references in a legal and compliance context
Supports in contract risk management through contract investigation, identifying causes and winning business outcomes
Ensures 100% SLA achievement on contract processing (renewals, terminations, approvals) working together with the IT contracts analyst
Conducts regular trainings to DTPS community on contract management process and policies
Participates in Internal Audits and assists to respond to Internal Audit
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS
Bachelor's degree in law, finance or IT; Master's preferred
Experience with IT contracts. IACCM certification is a plus.
Experience about laws and regulations applicable to global contracts is a plus
Experience with including structure of contracts and contract life-cycle management
Understanding of Agile contracting process
Strong analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
Demonstrates clarity in written and spoken expression
Experience working in a large enterprise environment is preferred
English proficiency
