Job Description
1. Monitor Digital operations daily procedures, record and report any failures in Digital systems for relevant party to ensure smooth systems operations.
2. Observe Digital operations systems backups to ensure safety of customer and bank data.
3. Follow up all of the Disaster Recovery (DR) activities for Digital operations systems to safeguard Digital systems operational continuity.
4. Detect and report bottlenecks on Digital operations systems to provide the needed technical support and recommend solutions.
5. Monitor the handling of user s tickets in order to resolve customer and system issues in a smooth and satisfactory manner.
6. Follow up on handling of all related Digital systems interfaces maintenance in order to provide full system functionality to internal and external customers
7. Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities for Digital operations systems to support audit requests and/or future reviews.
8. Follow up on opening of operational error records with relevant application support/vendor tracking systems to ensure uninterrupted operations for bank systems
9. Assist in measuring the Digital services availability and recommend improvements to avail best service to internal & external customers
10. Participate in conducting incident reviews for Digital systems to provide lessons learned & avoid future reoccurrence & enhance existing systems availability & resilience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science or its equivalent
Officer: 2-4 years of relevant IT experience, Sr. Officer: 4-6 years of relevant IT experience
Good hands-on knowledge of IT operational work
Good knowledge of Digital systems operations
Skills
Good command of English and Arabic languages
Good Presentation skills
Good Communication skills
Good Analytical and Problem Solving skills
Good Knowledge of different IT technologies
