Job Description
As an IT Enterprise Apps Product Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our client's visionary project. Your responsibilities will encompass the development and implementation of delivery plans, management of budgets and resources, risk identification and mitigation, stakeholder communication, and the overall leadership and management of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive delivery plans, defining project scope, milestones, and timelines
- Resource Management: Manage the budget and resources for the delivery, including task allocation to team members, ensuring project adherence to timelines and budgets
- Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage risks associated with the delivery, including the development of contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
- Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other relevant parties, ensuring everyone is informed about delivery progress
- Progress Tracking: Continuously track progress and make necessary adjustments to keep the delivery on track and aligned with project goals
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to team members, ensuring they have the skills and support required to complete their tasks effectively
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of developers, quality assurance professionals, project managers, and other key profiles involved in the delivery
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of successful project delivery, including team management
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Budget Management: Strong budget management skills and the ability to allocate resources effectively
- Risk Management: Adept at identifying and mitigating risks, including the development of contingency plans
- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership: Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to mentor and guide team members
