Strategically overseeing IT purchases and budgets and driving cost-effective solutions that align with the business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the group's IT infrastructure, including both cloud and on-premises systems, to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance.
Lead and mentor the infrastructure administration team, providing guidance and support to drive excellence in service delivery.
Oversee the IT helpdesk and support functions, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceptional user experience.
Implement and maintain robust IT security measures to safeguard our systems and data from potential threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess IT needs, develop business cases, and execute IT purchases within budgetary constraints.
