IT Infrastructure Supervisor

#IT_Infrastructure_Supervisor is required at Kanawat for Trading and Distribution (Samsung & Nokia Distributor Kanawat Stores - Home Appliances ) Nasr city - Cairo:

Responsibilities:

*Maintain and monitor all network, security and computer systems to meet the organization requirement

*Manage and support Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Active Directory, and MS Exchange-based messaging systems.

*Disaster Recovery Plan

*Responsible for LAN, WAN, Cloud-hosted services, PC maintenance, and Phone system.

*Proven experience with Installing and configuring Server, Desktop & Application Virtualization in VMware environment is Must

*Identify methods to maintain and improve our networks in a cost-effective way to meet current and future needs.

*Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

*Resolve the Escalated issues by the team members

*Strong knowledge in next generation UTM (Firewall) system such as Sophos and Fortigate

*Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization .

*Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations

*Manage network and operation staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance

Job Requirements:

*Education background: BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field

*Working experience: 7+ at least 3 years working as an Infrastructure administrator.

*Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

*Expertise in data center management.

*Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 , Active Directory - must

*MS Exchange-based messaging systems 2010 ,2016 - must

*MCITP , CCNA , CCNPpreferred

*UTM system such as Sophos - must

*VMware VSphere must.

*Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.

*Job Type: Full time. Working Hours 9:00 am. 5:00 pm.
