IT Manager

A UAE-based energy Company are looking to hire an IT Manager to join them in their regional HQ based in Abu Dhabi. This role will oversee the entire D365 implementation and manage a team of people, team management is key.

You will be accountable for providing direction & alignment required to directly support the business's corporate strategy and profitability goals through the effective and efficient use of IT.

The company are looking for someone with deep understanding of Dynamics 365, who can help them with the implementation,roll out and continuous support.

For this role, although technical, we are more importantly looking for someone who is business orientated with excellent project management skills, and someone who can lead and get the best out of a team.

Responsibilities:

Manage, guide & provide leadership, development & implementation of IT policy and strategies

Plann, coordinating, and ensuring delivery of IT services to meet the company's needs

Ensure efficient, timely and cost-effective support to ensure optimum operation & utilization of all IT resources.

Ensure information systems satisfy user demands and are optimal to the overall goals and objectives of the business.

Identifying and prioritizing IT initiatives for implementation such as Dynamics 365

Plan and direct major IT projects and provide leadership on introducing technological changes.

Academic Qualifications

• A university degree in Computer science, Information Technology/ Management, or related discipline

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 10 - 15 years of working experience in IT field
