Monitor global network equipment availability and health.- Troubleshoot and drive to a resolution a wide range of LAN and WAN outages and performance problems. Proper escalation to next level in timely manner.
Maintain network equipment configurations with SW updates and HW refreshes.
- Execute deployments of new network infrastructure, new OS features, configuration changes according to defined project specifications.
Interface with equipment vendors and service providers and manage service request escalations.- Communicate and collaborate with a global community of end users and team members.
Requirements:- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Layer 2 and 3 network protocols.
- Basic Fortinet and Juniper OS knowledge, Cisco OS knowledge is a plus.
Familiar with Cisco WiFi solutions, Juniper Wifi is a plus.- Familiar with monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, Forti-analyzer.
Excellent written, verbal, customer service, and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work and think independently with minimal supervision.
- Be able to work after shift hours and weekends occasionally.
