Capital Bank is looking for an IT Networks Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and resolving critical network related issues that impact business operations.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work with technical teams to ensure that hardware and software infrastructure is maintained with the latest firmware and software requirements.
- Participate in resolving all networking related issues.
- Implement network configuration changes, following established procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and report the performance of network components against KPIs and take preemptive measures to minimize interruptions.
- Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for improving the overall network health by assessing overall effectiveness and efficiency.
- Evaluate new technologies and platforms.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineer or any related field.
- Up to 5 years of experience in Networks.
- Experience in the following networking concepts:
Firewall configuration and troubleshooting, experience with different network types (i.e. LAN, WAN), CISO products (Nexus and Catalyst), Fortinet products, F5 and NAC solutions.
