Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support tier-3 network services (Manage Authorization and Authentication services and processes, network accesses, VLANs )
Accommodate for provisioning (IP assignment, core network configuration, FTP accounts and other network services)
Install, upgrade applications and network equipment
Maintain technical documentation of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations
Develop knowledge and skills in network and system administration
Work closely with technical teams on different technical projects as requested
Profile Prerequisites:
BS in Information Technology, MIS or Computer Science
2 to 3 years of experience in a Technical Support or similar role.
Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting IT systems and networking systems
Experience in Firewalls & UTM (ISR, Fortinet), VPN configuration (IPsec, SSL ), Switching and Internet routing technologies is a plus.
Experience in using network monitoring software (Cisco Network Assistant, PRTG, SNMP based, SIEM...) is a plus.
