Client Introduction:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients. This client is a global leader in the IT industry, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.

Job Summary:

This role should have the capability of business analysis, project management, and technical skills to ensure that the LOS meets the organization's needs, improves loan processing efficiency, and enhances customer satisfaction. The role requires a deep understanding of the lending process, as well as the ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and technology resources effectively. Candidate should have pure implementation experience in the Retail LOS products as IT PM & BA.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including lending, risk management, compliance, and IT departments, to identify and document business requirements for the LOS.

Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documents. Work closely with IT and software vendors to ensure that the LOS solution meets business needs.

Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee the implementation of LOS projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Apply project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to manage project tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.

Agile Project Management: Collaborate in an Agile environment, employing Scrum methodology for streamlined technical project management and iterative development.

Process Improvement: Analyze current lending processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the LOS. Implement best practices in loan origination to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer experience.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate and participate in testing activities to ensure the LOS meets business requirements and functions correctly. Manage the resolution of any issues identified during testing.

Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials for end-users. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the LOS.

Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison between the organization and LOS vendors. Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, managing service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring vendor deliverables meet quality standards.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the LOS complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Work with the compliance and risk departments to integrate risk management practices into the LOS.

Reporting and Analytics: Develop and manage reporting tools within the LOS to monitor loan portfolio performance, track key metrics, and support decision-making processes.

Change Management: Lead change management efforts associated with LOS implementations and upgrades. Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders and manage any resistance to change.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.

Experience in business analysis or project management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

Knowledge of loan origination processes and systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs and determine effective solutions.

Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Technical proficiency with LOS software, databases, and reporting tools.

Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to lending.

Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous.
