Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing demand of incoming projects throughout the bank departments.

Along with this came coordination with strategy, capacity, customer needs and stakeholders.

Responsible for creating, maintaining and complying appropriate policies and procedures to help meet bank's data privacy requirements.

Using COBIT Framework that helps organizations meet business challenges in regulatory compliance, risk management and aligning IT strategy with bank's goals

Project management using SCRUM methodology with external vendors to complete the internal/external stakeholders requirements and projects

Out-of-the-box thinker who thrives in collaborative environments, working across business and technical teams to increase profits and reduce costs through continuous improvements and strategic IT infrastructure planning.

Ticketing system for managing demand throughout the bank and streamlining the process

Microsoft 365 Backup and email archiving for security reasons.

Automating the processes for enhanced efficiency and reduce human error
