Job Description

Key Responsibilities: (IT Product Manager )

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the solutions
Align product goals with organizational objectives and market trends
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
Work closely with internal teams to define product requirements and ensure smooth execution based on Saudi Regulation
Collaborate with external partners, such as payment processors, fintech providers, and banks, to enhance product capabilities
Define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility
Oversee end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery within budget
Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback, data analysis, and market changes
Ensure all solutions comply with applicable regulations under SAMA rules
Identify and mitigate risks related to fraud, cybersecurity, and operational reliability
Analyze product performance using KPIs such as transaction success rates, user adoption, and revenue contribution
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
Advocate for seamless and secure customer experiences in payment flows
Address pain points and optimize payment processes to enhance user satisfaction

Key Responsibilities: (IT Business analyst)

Act as the bridge between business and technical teams
Engage with clients and stakeholders to collect requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys
Document functional and non-functional requirements with clarity
Translate complex needs into understandable requirements
Prioritize and analyze requirements based on business value and feasibility
Identify areas for improvement and conduct feasibility studies
Work with technical teams to ensure alignment with design and architecture
Create and update BRDs, including use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
Experience:

5+ years of experience, with a focus on payment solutions, fintech, or related areas
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of payment technologies, APIs, and integrations
5+ years of experience in Saudi Market
