Position Objective:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead and drive the success of our diverse IT projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing large-scale initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Oversee projects encompassing infrastructure, Digital Transformation, and network implementation.
- Bring expertise to bear on IT Project Management in a broad range of large corporate-scale IT projects.
- Manage the implementation of new IT systems, driving the adoption of both digital and non-digital processes.
- Utilize your technical IT background to engage effectively with project teams, ensuring a deep understanding of project complexities.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in information systems, computer engineering, or a related IT field.
- Desirable certification in Project Management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ACP.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in project management.
- Knowledge and experience leading projects in infrastructure, Digital Transformation, and network implementation.
- Proven expertise in agile methodologies , tools, and practices.
- Experience managing a diverse range of large corporate-scale IT projects.
- Proven expertise in implementing new IT systems and processes, both digital and non-digital.
- A strong technical IT background to effectively engage with project teams and comprehend project intricacies.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic languages (both written and spoken).
