Deliver projects/products on time while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with PMO, QMS, Risk, Audit, and architecture guidelines.
Contribute to IT roadmap development and process improvement.
Manage business-as-usual (BAU) activities and vendor relationships.
Evaluate and implement solutions based on business requirements while adhering to bank policies and methodologies.
Create project plans, prepare reports for the PMO office, and coordinate with cross-functional IT infrastructure teams.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project issues and risks.
Oversee project board activities and manage stakeholders effectively.
Determine project resource needs and communicate with the CDP Lead.
Ensure timely availability of resources, adherence to timelines, and alignment with project goals.
Communicate any cost changes to the business case after approval to ITBP.
Ensure all projects align with and support business objectives.
Develop detailed business requirements documentation.
Lead development efforts and supervise developers.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within CDP.
Convene and lead regular project steering committee meetings.
Perform stakeholder management at appropriate levels across IT and clients.
Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues.
Take corrective actions if deadlines, quality, or budgets are at risk.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in project management.
