Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Middle IT Sales Specialist with a deep understanding of services and a strong network within the UAE market. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to business development, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Sales Manager MENA

  • Initiating contact with potential clients through cold calls and prospecting efforts.
  • Understanding and identifying the specific requirements and preferences of clients.
  • Effectively presenting the range of services offered by the company to potential clients.
  • Developing commercial proposals tailored to client needs based on existing documentation.
  • Negotiating contracts with clients and conducting necessary business trips as required.
  • Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Managing customer relationship management (CRM) tools and databases effectively.
  • Providing regular reports on work progress and activities to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Russian Language Skills:
  • Sales Experience in the IT Sector:
  • Previous work experience in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and positivity in approaching challenges.
  • Openness to frequent business trips and readiness to relocate to the United Arab
  • Emirates.

  • B2 level proficiency or higher in Arabic would be considered an additional advantage.
