Position Objectives:Define, implement, and manage project control processes for the program, coordinating with Internal and external stakeholders and customers to ensure project objectives are achieved on time, on budget, and with required quality.Job Description & Responsibilities:Manage dependencies and risks in collaboration with internal project management stakeholders, vendors, TowerCo suppliers, and other stakeholders.Establish an integrated plan for project implementation across all network domains, vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.Establish and implement control processes to verify program delivery against the integrated plan, including managing risks, dependencies, deliverable milestones, quality, and cost.Define and implement clear working methods of procedure to govern network implementation activities and minimize the risk of delay or re-work. Represent the project team in budgetary meetings and discussions.Effectively manage project databases and tracking/control tools, encouraging automation of control processes.Implement and manage project reporting and dashboard processes and procedures, ensuring quality and timely delivery of project reporting. Define reporting templates, manage implementation, and allocate reporting resources.Manage Project Cost Control and reporting activities, including project resource management. Collaborate closely with the Contracts Manager.Implement effective Change Control processes to ensure the accuracy of project data.Monitor overall Project Schedules and maintain a Project progress status overview. Define and implement tracking and reporting mechanisms as required.Review and recommend improvements to project processes, procedures, forms, and templates.Collaborate with the Performance and Quality Manager to ensure QA processes are in place for project delivery quality and handover to Operations.Assist the project team in communicating control processes and methods effectively.Manage the Project Control and Reporting Team for optimal performance and task delivery.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Minimum 15 years of Mobile network deployment management experience.Project and Finance Control background.Extensive knowledge and professional experience in project control, finance control, project reporting, and coordination.Experience in Mission Critical projects would be an advantage.Formal training in project management and project control techniques and methodologies, including tools and automation, will be considered an advantage. Any form of Control certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.Excellent presentation and reporting skills backed by proficiency in PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, Power BI for data analysis and visualization, MS Word, and MS Project or Primavera.Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate project insights.Essential Skills: Teamwork, communication skills, and knowledge transfer capability.Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Arabic language.
