In this position you will Perform:
IT Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Overseeing IT projects, budgets, and resource allocation.
Team Management: Leading and managing the IT team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations. Ensuring a motivated and skilled workforce.
IT Infrastructure and Operations: Overseeing the maintenance, security, and performance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software systems.
Information Security Department: Following Information/Cyber policies, procedures, Process, standards, Baselines & Guidelines
Vendor Management: Collaborating with external vendors and service providers to ensure efficient IT services and support.
IT Governance and Compliance: Ensuring IT practices adhere to relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
Budget and Cost Management: Managing IT budgets, controlling expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: Developing and maintaining plans to ensure the organization's IT systems can recover effectively in the event of a disaster.
Technology Evaluation and Adoption: Assessing new technologies, tools, and software that could improve business operations and productivity.
Responsibilities:
. Provides technical support to users and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
. Setting up accounts for new users
. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
. Testing new technology
. Possibly training more junior staff members
. Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
. Developing new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs
. Constructing and implementing plans to ensure the companyfs network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem
. Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures . Conducting regular system audits . Prepare and present IT-related reports to senior management and stakeholders. . Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures. . Develop and manage the IT department's budget, tracking expenses and optimizing cost-effectiveness in IT operations. . Reporting and Documentation . Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. . Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of IT staff
. A minimum of 3 years experience in a related field.

. Critical thinking & troubleshooting skills in IT for Lendo Infrastructure.
. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
