IT Specialist is mainly responsible for reviewing diagnostics and assessing the functionality and efficiency of systems.
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, printers, networking equipment, and network operating systems
- Rolling out new equipment, as well as performing corrective and preventative measures on existing equipment
- Configuration of authentication, authorization, and directory services
- Maintenance of network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers, etc
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Resolve problems reported by end-user
- Handle user and asset management by managing users, roles, and permissions and keeping the inventory of hardware, software, and applications
Requirements
- From 0 to 2 years Experience as an IT specialist
- Strong technical understanding of hardware and software
- Ability to improve processes and automate them
- Documentation and reporting skills
- Multiple tasking
- Excellent IT, communication and management skills
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
