Job Description
IT Specialist is mainly responsible for reviewing diagnostics and assessing the functionality and efficiency of systems.
Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, printers, networking equipment, and network operating systems.
Rolling out new equipment, as well as performing corrective and preventative measures on existing equipment.
Configuration of authentication, authorization, and directory services.
Maintenance of network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers, etc.
Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
Resolve problems reported by end-user
Handle user and asset management by managing users, roles, and permissions and keeping the inventory of hardware, software, and applications.

Profile:
From 0 to 2 years Experience as an IT specialist.
Strong technical understanding of hardware and software.
Ability to improve processes and automate them.
Documentation and reporting skills.
Multiple tasking.
Excellent IT, communication and management skills.
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
