Understanding of how to enhance standard SAP PP functionalities, creation of business blueprint, functional specifications, and test scripts.
Work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, document, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary, policies and information systems as well as ensuring testing requirements are met and documenting business requirements.
Ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status, and deliverables with senior executives (organizational skills).
Responsible for analysis and solving the reported incident/issue (analytical and problem-solving skills).
Responsible for designing new IT solutions, modifying, enhancing, or adapting existing systems, and integrating new features or improvements, all aiming to improve business efficiency and productivity. Must have high technical expertise and clear insights into current business practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering.
Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes encompassing Make-To-Order, and Make-To-Stock & experiences in production planning, cost and efficiency management, and the types of integrated IT manufacturing execution (MES) applications and architecture.
Good understanding of ITIL process and PMP, SDLC or SCRUM and ASAP methodologies.
3-5 years of experience in SAP PP; production planning and the types of integrated IT manufacturing execution (MES) applications.
Functional expert in business process and SAP PP configuration/technical knowledge in the areas of Master Data, Overall Material Requirement Planning and Configuration, etc.
ABAP experience preferred & experience in SAP PI/PO or Seeburger will be highly desirable.
Previous SAP experience within the semiconductor industry is preferred.
Understanding of inbound/outbound interfaces between SAP and other systems based on files/IDocs is preferred.
Good Spoken & Written: English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
