Job Description

Job Purpose:

The job holder is responsible for developing strategic initiatives that align WTTCO's Information Technology capabilities with its business objectives. Responsible for formulating IT strategies and creating IT roadmaps

Key Activities:

Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures and instructions.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the systems, practices, cost optimization and productivity & efficiency improvement.

Ensures the compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and standards within WTTCO and related functions such as and not limited to (HC, HSSE, Risk and Cybersecurity, etc..).

Escalate problems to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the annual business plans, goals, policies, processes, procedures, and instructions.

Participate in the development and managing implementation of IT strategy and plan ensuring alignment with WTTCO overall strategy.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the organization's IT strategy and align it with the overall business strategy.

Review and confirm alignment of architectural descriptions for elements of enterprise strategy and information with the overall IT strategy.

Develop a comprehensive IT roadmap that outlines the strategic initiatives, projects, and investments required to achieve WTTCO's IT objectives and prioritize initiatives based on business needs, resource availability, and technology trends.

Collaborate with concerned business units to ensure identifying and developing required IT projects and initiatives that support the achievement of WTTCO digital aspirations.

Participate in the development of IT budget in line with the IT strategy, IT projects & initiatives, IT operational cost and the preparation of the required feasibility studies in collaboration with concerned business units.

Monitoring and tracking IT expenses to ensure that they are optimized as per organization goals.

Identifying and tracking IT expenses to ensure that they are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Facilitate feasibility and best approaches in order to identify, design, and implement innovation initiatives.

Identifying relevant KPIs that align with the department's goals and objectives.

Defining the metrics for each KPI and ensuring that they are measurable and relevant.

Collecting and analyzing data to track progress against each KPI.

Creating and maintaining dashboards to visualize KPI data and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Identifying trends and patterns in KPI data and using them to inform decision-making.

Providing regular reports to senior management and other stakeholders on KPI performance.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that KPIs are aligned with other business functions.

Identifying areas for improvement and working with other teams to implement changes.

Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by implementing appropriate data quality controls.

Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in KPI monitoring and reporting.

Provide input for the development of reports regarding operations, activities and achievements for reporting and decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or any related field
