CCDS, a premier information technology and services company, is seeking a talented Saudi IT Support Consultant to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in providing high-quality technical support and consultation to our clients, ensuring their IT systems operate efficiently and effectively.
The IT Support Consultant will be responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues while offering expert guidance on optimal IT practices. You will interact closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive IT support to clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issues
- Conduct on-site and remote troubleshooting to resolve technical problems
- Assist clients in implementing and optimizing their IT systems and tools
- Document issues and resolutions in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records
- Support IT system installations, configurations, and upgrades
- Deliver training and support to clients on IT processes and applications
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges
- Stay updated on the latest IT solutions and technologies to provide informed recommendations
Requirements
- Saudi Nationality is required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support or consulting
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving various IT-related issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
