Since our team is expanding, we are looking for a talented IT Support Engineer to join us.

About the role:

The IT Support Engineer position in Sanipex Group is a responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems. From providing 1st/2nd line support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices to diagnosing and resolving technical issues locally and remotely, you'll be instrumental in maintaining our IT infrastructure. Collaboration with the IT Manager is key, as you'll work closely to escalate critical IT matters and support various IT projects. Configuration and setup of devices, installation of authorized software, and ensuring timely security updates are among your core responsibilities. You'll also manage antivirus endpoint protection, enroll devices in Mobile Device Management solutions, and maintain equipment logs. Supporting user mailboxes, managing user accounts, and undertaking small to medium-sized IT projects are part of your daily tasks. Flexibility in working hours and occasional travel to other group location may be required, reflecting the dynamic nature of this role.

About You:

We're seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience in IT Technical Support, coupled with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Flexibility is key, as you'll need to adapt to varying work schedules and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues. A valid Driving License is essential, along with proficiency in both Microsoft and Apple operating systems. Networking experience and familiarity with data centre IT practices are definite assets.
