As a part of the program, you will:
- Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and peripheral devices
- Perform hardware and software upgrades and patches as directed by the IT team
- Assist in managing user accounts and access rights in various systems and applications
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with common office software and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Understanding of basic network concepts and troubleshooting
- Ability to document issues and solutions for future reference
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes and service management
- Excellent communication skills to assist users and resolve their issues effectively
