Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain computer systems and Networks.
- Setting up and managing server and conducting regular backups whenever required.
- Must know how to use Photoshop (Basic+ Level)
- Listing down the IT Equipment received in Stock along with the serial numbers.
- Testing the IT Equipment received.
- Dismantling IT Equipment if required.
Requirement:
UAE Experience NOT Required. Only Home Country Experience Required.
Should have a relevant Degree or Certification.
