Job Description
Take responsibility for the technical setup operation, and support of equipment and logistics for all devices in the building.
Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Perform complete audio and/or video recordings of events.
Operate computing and presentation equipment as requested by the client.
Video recording basics.
Working on different virtual meeting platforms; Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Meat, etc.
Making the full setup for simple live events including but not limited to; sound system, lighting system, video shooting, screens, etc.
Ability to differentiate between different types of microphones.
Support outdoor live events.
Knowledge of programming languages.
Support and troubleshoot PCs, Laptops, printers, and Windows applications.
Support and troubleshoot network, Wifi and telephony system as a first-line support.
Perform other tasks as directed by Supervisors and Managers.
Operational proficiency in various audio-visual equipment, accessories, and services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience from 2 to 3 years.
Experience with LED screens, computers Public Address systems.
Familiarity with operating systems and software applications.
Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
Experience with videography techniques.
Network background is a must.
