IT Technical Support Responsibility:
Installing and maintaining computer hardware.
Managing Windows AD Users, groups and Ous.
Managing Shared Folder with required permissions.
Cabling.
Troubleshooting minor issues with devices and printers.
Installing and updating software and applications.
Configuring and maintaining wired and wireless networks.
Resolving network connectivity issues.
Troubleshooting software and application-related issues.
Providing technical support for users in using software.
Installing and configuring software and updates.
Backing up and restoring data.
Resolving issues related to data loss or corruption.
Responding to user queries and resolving their issues.
Configuring and maintaining mobile devices (such as smartphones and tablets).
Resolving technical issues related to these devices.
Installing and maintaining operating systems.
Documenting all activities and updates.
Requirements:
- *Bachelor's degree in information technology.
- *CCNA qualified (certified is preferred).
- *MCSA qualified (certified is preferred).
One year of experience in same field. UAE Driving license (Required).Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,
