We are seeking a fluent Italian speaker to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous support to customers via chat and email.
- Accurately resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions.
- Document and update customer information and support cases as required.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to improve processes and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Italian.
- Grad and undergrad with no commitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian.
- Previous experience in customer service or support is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
