Job Description

We are seeking a fluent Italian speaker to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

This is a morning shift position is perfect for early birds looking to start their day bright and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous support to customers via chat and email.
  • Accurately resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions.
  • Document and update customer information and support cases as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Italian.
  • Grad and undergrad with no commitment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
