We are looking for a talented and creative CDC - Chef de Cuisine for a new Italian restaurant, part of a luxury brand in Doha. You will have extensive experience in Italian Cuisine both is Trattoria style and more formal dining. Perhaps you have worked in an Italian restaurant in Europe, Africa, Middle East,.

You will be leading a team of 8 chefs including a Sous, 3xCDP, 2xDCDP, 1xCommis

The restaurant has 60 covers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Menu development and execution

- Kitchen management and staff supervision

- Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation

- Collaborating with management to drive culinary excellence
