Role Description

This is a full-time Italian Speaker-Customer Service Representative role at Xceed located in Qesm 2nd 6 October, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves providing exceptional customer service in Italian, resolving inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a hybrid role, you will be based in Qesm 2nd 6 October but have the opportunity to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in any field is a must
