IT Specialist - Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Salary: Up to SAR 15,000 per month (dependent on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist with expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) to join our team in KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and management of our MDM solution (likely Ivanti), ensuring the security and compliance of our mobile devices.
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and manage the organization's MDM solution (Ivanti preferred)
- Develop and enforce MDM policies and procedures
- Manage mobile device enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle management
- Ensure secure access to corporate data on mobile devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues
- Assist with user training and support on mobile devices
- Stay up-to-date on the latest MDM technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support
- Proven experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (preferably Ivanti)
- Strong understanding of mobile security best practices
- Experience with Microsoft Azure AD and Intune a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
