Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Job Instructor Operation at ADNOC Group (Retired). The Job Instructor Operation will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing curriculum, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs. The Job Instructor Operation will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, provide customized solutions, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role is located in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge training methodologies
- Experience in developing training materials and delivering training sessions
- Understanding of industry regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skill.
- Certified assessor and verifer.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry (33 years in ADNOC group ).
